"Online mode = off" removes whitelist and OPs

    Hi there!

    So it's my first time posting here and my english talents might not be optimal but here I am. So around yesterday my friends and I buyed a new server and wanted it to accept all minecraft version if you see what I mean. So we installed all our plugins and bukkit (1.7.9 R-0.2 IIRC) but when we turned the online mode to off, all started to bug.

    If you need more infos to help me I'll be happy to give them!
