Filled One Hit Kill

Suggested name: onehitkill

What I want: I'd like a plugin that whenever a player hits another with whatever is in their hand the other player dies.

i also would like to have it enabled in specific worlds if that is possible


Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: ohk.enabled ohk.disabled
if enabled a player can kill others with one hit
if disabled a player cannot one hit kill others

When I'd like it by: ASAP.

if you might wonder why i want this:
I want to make some sort of infamous (game) server were players run around with high speed, climb walls, do double jumps and shoot particles at each other. And with your help can kill each other from close by.

I will do this, seems like an easy plugin. Item for killing will be configurable
