On Chunk Unload - All entities are removed?

Noticed this when switching from 818 to 860.

Just a simple test for you drop some items in 860 go somewhere that will unload those chunks then come back. Items are gone.

This is also the case with mobs, paintings, minecarts, boats, etc.

I hope this isn't just me let me know.

PS I have also tested this on 890 with the same results. So for now we are rolling back to 818.
