NuVoteifier doesn't receive votes

I have sent multiple test votes from minecraftservers.org and none of them has appeared into the console. I have asked humans to send votes and none of them have actually appeared inside my console. I have set the port for Votifier to match the additional port I'm using for my PebbleHost server as well.
