I was wondering if there is any chance to make a sequencer that doesn't go off beat like the redstone ones. Maybe something like this: Imagine ball bearings as note blocks. What do you think?
hmmm. If one of the minecart mods makes plates act as track, I guess you could do it that way with a powered minecart.
Yeah i think you're right but it would make it more confortable if you could just set a grid with some tool (like the WorldEdit's "wand" or so) and place the note blocks inside to make them play like a "real" sequencer getting rid of the redstone wires, pressure plates and minecarts you should need. It's just an idea that crossed my mind while i was trying to make some music and encountered a lot of difficulties but yeah, i think that in the worst case, we can do it minecarting
i want this so badly haha also, you could just simulate a left click event, allowing you to manually tune everything. no need for separate "instruments" as they have in that video. could prove very interesting
