(NoCheat and Permissions) Help!

Well I have been trying to make a kitpvp server and have gone and started some maps and spawn and I have a few things working like warps :\

But having trouble with permissions and confused with Nocheat

Well the first thing is the permissions, I am having a little trouble with the permissions but mainly with prefix sort of stuff I edited everywhere and just couldn't change the colour of a group to anything the only way is being op which makes you red

I want the ncp reports to go to all the staff (mod, headmod, admin, owner)

With my arenas I make I want an area to be safe and when you go out of the area you are not and you would lose protection until you died or teleported? (if you know how to do this or a plugin please tell me)

I think ChatManager needs PermissionsEx to work (and you also need to enable it in the configuration or?). For GroupManager I would recommend EssentialsChat for prefixes and such.

For NoCheatPlus reports you simple need the nocheatplus.admin.notify permissions.
Also be sure you use NC+ 353 or higher for Minecraft 1.4.7 or it will break: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/nocheatplus/files/44-nocheat-plus-3-8-9-b353/

 

Ok I just need a chat plugin which will allow me to make owners names just light red and italic no Owner before it and the admins just light red and the head mod purple in italic and the mods pink

Do you know of a plugin that could do that? that would work with group manager

 

Try EssentialsChat. Should work fine with GroupManager.
