No One Can COnnect To My Server! Even Me!

So I always had my server working been playing with my friends since 1.2.5, now all of a sudden my server is being weird and i cant even connect to my own server and my friends cant connect to my server. I have port forwarded everything to how i always did it, (im using the port of 25564) because 25565 is not available. When i run the server i get no errors, but when i go to connect to my server i cannot connect. I tried connecting with localhost, 127.0.0.1, my ipv4 address, and my server ip. Please help i'm trying to get the server back running so that me and my friends could play on the new 1.8 Minecraft.

 

I had a similar issue at one point and it was that my Internal IP changed somehow. Check that to make sure and then resetup your ports.
