No-ip address won't work on my bukkit server plz help!!!

People can connect just fine when using the normal external ip (70.187.160.186:25565) but when someone tries to use the no-ip address (lordsofarmor.no-ip.org) it won't connect. I have the DUC client from noip installed and running at all times, but i noticed that its converting my internal ip instead of the external, which is what others need to join the server. I tried going on the websites and the manage hosts section and changing it manually to the external ip, but it only made the DUC client have connection issues. Any ideas on whats going on??7
