No Access to Certain Commands

I tried to give permission for my "OP" to
do /clear. Another permission I need help with is
to disable others from being banned, muted, or kicked.

The problem is that giving OP gives you WAY too much power, and I want to balance it.

I use PermissionsEx, and if there's a way to remove commands as an OP that would make me just as grateful,
too!

 

If you want your "OP" player to have almost all permissions, then what you can do is give them the * permission node, and then negate other things such as banning, muting, or kicking. A negative permission node is just the normal permission, but with a hyphen (-) in front of it (without a space) which causes it to negate the permission instead.
