Suggested name: News Book (Someone can probably find a better fitting name) What I want: I would like to have players be able to read the latest server happenings in a book on the server. This will work by locking a book, that will update whenever the configuration (or however an admin changes the text in a book) gets modified, in the last slot of the player hotbar. For example, first week admin writes a book. Sets it as the news book. This book updates in every player's inventory to the latest modifications in the last slot of their hotbar. The player will not be able to remove this book on death, or anything at all. So the admin sets a new book as the news book, then when a player logs on, if they do not have that exact written book in their last hotbar slot, they will be given the book to read. news.admin commands /news set (sets the news book to the book in the admin's hand) news.player commands none. Barely any commands will be needed at all. I hope someone will be able to fulfill this request in the upcoming weeks, thanks.
