Newbie Problem with Permisions and GroupUsers

    Hey Guys

    I started a few days ago and now got problems with the commands.. They are shown in /help but they won't work for anyone...
    Here are the files:
    GroupUsers: groups.txt:

    I don't think you need GroupUsers when you have Permissions o-o? Idk, im a noob too :p. Anyways, what commands on what plugins don't work? When you start the server, is there any errors?
