New server looking for a Dev

Hello! I run a little 20 slot faction server. I would like to have a Dev on my team because i have big plans on the mechanic/behind the scene side of the server. I have a lot of experience in faction servers and i know what should and what shouldn't be on a faction server.
My server supports spout, so if you are a spout dev too that would be even better!

Im going to make this very informal. basically i just need to know a few things.
1) how old are you?
2) do you have finished work, if so please link a couple.
3) Can you work with spout?
4) a brief bio of your background/experience. New devs, dont lose hope! =P
5) why should i choose you?

its on a 12 processor 48gb ram server, not dedicated though. but you wont have any problem with lag ;D
I have a webserver and i have no use for it, so i wouldn't mind letting the dev borrow it for whatever thay may need it for. unlimited bandwidth, transfer, # of mysql databases, and diskspace.
