Hey Minecraftian's and bukkit developers. My mate and I are after a PROPERTY plugin where you can BUY/SELL/LEASE property using items (gold ingots) placed in a chest, interacting with a sign or something in order to do so. For now similar plugins use ICONOMY "invisible credits" and not items. We were thinking of combining TRADECRAFT BUY/SELL signs with a RESIDENCE's plugin, however either of us don't have any experience in java or developing plugins. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could start developing this plugin. If you think you can do it, but can't be bothered we can negotiate with USD (US dollars $). Thanks all.
