nether quartz ore dropping XP orbs....

    Hello, i run a server where the only way to get XP is to vote, but players are starting to get XP from nether quartz ore (im surprised the got it just now :confused:) so i want to stop it, is there a way to stop XP drops? from mobs, ores, etc...?
