   Im not sure if this is possible. Im trying to look for a Nether Portal event. and make it so if a player creates a Nether Portal. it will create another portal in the nether. BUT. creating another portal lets say 200 blocks away, Does not interfere with the other portal. Without commands.

   I think you would have to use BlockPlaceEvent, and do checks to get the nearby blocks and see if they make up a nether portal.
