Need something updated ASAP

There's a plugin I need called "DragonShouts" on BukkitDev.

-There's no source code...
- It's been inactive since 1.1-R.4
- Some things work, most don't.

I feel the need to clarify. Without sourcecode there will be no updates only remakes or other similar plugins, which require that someone builds this from scratch.

 

Assuming the author is gone, which looks like the case, you can't get permission, meaning you can't update, or take over the plugin.

The only hope you have is for a remake, sorry

There is the possibility of someone updating this, but without permission cannot be released.

Only way is to ask them, but they are inactive so, I'm not sure.

 

Thing is, I did, I PM-ed zantom, but obviously here, have no proof.
