Need Someone To Help With PEX Permissions List! :O

Sorry, didn't know which category to post this under. I need someone to make my permissions list. If this gets anyone's attention, please comment and I'll add more details ( what plugins I want to use, what colors, what ranks, etc...). I'll add a small tip through paypal after it's done if necessary. I've been searching small servers looking for someone capable of doing this, but no luck so far. Thanks so much.

So for future reference, assume people read it anyway.

I'd recommend doing it yourself, if you own a server this is the sort of thing you need to know.

There are couple of tutorials arround, google is your friend
