Need Map Auto-Rebuilder Plugin

I have been looking for a map auto-rebuilding plugin but all the ones I have found are severely out of date and pretty sure they wont work. Does anyone have any suggestions or able to make a plugin for this purpose? I need it to be able to work with Multiverse (obviously). Signs need to be exactly the same, floors need to be exactly the same, so on and so forth. If you have any suggestions that will work with 1.10.2 Bukkit/Spigot or are willing to make one please let me know! Thanks!!!

Oh and also, does anyone know how to teleport all players in a map back to the server spawn? I find commands to tp individual players but thats it...

 

@SILSYNSkye, this should be simple enough with a WorldEdit schematic, but you're right. Most of the plugins for this are terrible. They either no longer work or require the server to restart.
