    Hey guys,

I'm running a spigot minecraft server without any plugins as a test.

When I log in with 2 accounts, and move with the other account, it shows the other account having stuttered movement. (I can record a video if needed)

I am using the OVH VPS 3 with the following specs:
    • CentOS Operating System
    • OpenStack KVM
    • 2 vCores
    • 2.4 GHz
    • 8 GB RAM
    • 40 GB SSD
    • Local RAID 10
The ping on the minecraft server itself shows to be high (350ms - 450ms), but when I ping it with cmd the ping is about 250ms.

I've tried running the server with and without multicraft, but the results are the same.

I disabled the firewall with systemctl stop firewalld and systemctl disable firewalld but there was no difference.

I have a smaller blank test server running on <REDACTED> with the same issue if you would like to test the lag yourself.

I am willing to give the login details to the smaller VPS if you think you may be able to resolve the issue.

    Thanks!

@Plexiscore Try to find out if it is your server or your client machine first.

It's the server, it doesn't do it for any other servers I play on, plus I got my friends to test it as well, and they were also stuttering w/ high ping.

@Plexiscore In that case: your server has a bad network line.
Processor isn't everything with servers, network is a big thing as well.

Yeahh I know, it's just that I used an OVH VPS in the past and I never had that problem.

It turned out to be a fault spigot-1.8 jar file.
