In many routers, you can assign a specific IP address to a specific MAC address. That's how I have mine set up so my computer doesn't pull a different IP from my router.

    Edit:

CanYouSeeMe.org says error to 25565 and 80, but on 8080 it says

PapiDimmi You have double rows for the same port, I'm not sure if that's allowed in a router.

You have multiple rows using the same port (25565 for example). I don't think that's allowed.

Oh. I'll try without two rows.

OMG, I don't get it to work even if only one row!

I tried with 25565, then save and reboot.
    Didn't work!
I tried with 80 (but it changes to 8080), then save and reboot.
    DIDN'T WORK!!

And with the Portforward.com's Port Checker, it says that port 80 is open, but still I can't get it!

I tried everything, what did I do wrong? And also, I've done this before and it worked, and just now I can't do it.

    Please help me!

first find the internal IP of the hosting server. (something like 192.168.1.XXX) then goto the Port forward area and at the .XXX part for the IP to port that port. then have the port 25565 for BOTH and check the server. properties for the port =25565.

One question: Isn't it so you don't need a port (like "25565") in the server-port in server.properties?

you need port=25565 in the server. properties, your thinking of the IP= part of the server. properties

    fredghostkyle1 What if my port isn't 25565, but 80 or 8080?

Edit: Another question: I need to use my iPv4 adress in CMD right?

In the IP section of the router, it says 10.0.0 and I need to type the last number, wich for me is 3, right?

@papadimmi may I ask what model number router you are configuring. It would make it a lot easier for me to make suggestions.

Don't use 80 or 8080 for your minecraft ports. Those are common web ports used by many applications, and you'll run into a lot of troubles.

Weird enough it worked last time...
Or maybe it's just my mind freaking around with me..

    Okay, I won't use 80 then.

Why don't you just use 25565... That ALL you need to port forward to let users connect to your server...

    But I tried 25565...
    I'll try again then!

But is there any chance of Planetminecraft don't working though? Or not?

Edit: I got a question! Is it right to choose TCP/UDP?

Edit2: I got another question! Do I have to click the Save/Reboot button after adding a port for it to work/save?

Edit3: Sorry, yet another question! I'm just wondering what Remote Host/Remote IP is?

I meant, I can choose like TCP, UDP and TCP/UDP. Is it right to choose TCP/UDP?

And the button only says "Save/Reboot", so if I click it, it reboots.

What the...? Do I have an IP that changes?

    First I had 10.0.0.2 as iPv4 adress, then I had 10.0.0.3 and now I have 10.0.0.2 again...

UPDATED PORT, STILL NOT WORK! Ah, dang, "Failed to connect", "failed to connect", "failed to conneeeeeeeect"! Getting tired of this...

You are using DHCP so you will sometimes pull a different IP address. Sadly I did not see a way to bind one IP address to your computer's ethernet card in the router documentation. I believe there are instructions for setting up your computer with a static IP to the router.

Assuming 1. that you're using Windows, and 2. that your router IP address is 192.168.1.1

You want to set your ip settings:
    IP Address: 192.168.1.20
    Subnet: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Primary DNS: (obtain from your router WAN status screen)
    Secondary DNS: (Same as above)

Yes, I'm using Windows (7), but my router IP adress is 10.0.0.2/10.0.0.3
