Need help with player shops ! D;

Hey i have a server and I have a whole building where players have a small booth and set up a shop, I want to know how to make it so I can make it so that specific player who bought the shop I can claim it for them and they can build in that area I claimed for them and no one else can build there , like give them permission for that area.

If they are the owner of their region, you shouldn't need to flag building to allow...

 

If you have world guard, claim the region, and when you want to give the ownership of that region, just say /region addowner [PLAYERNAME] and they will be able to build there. Or you can add them to a member of the region instead by saying /region addmember [PLAYENAMEHERE]
