Need help with PermissionSex

Sup everyone? I think all of you have this same problem'o with perms....
How can i fix it ? Only op's can do commands.Help?
There are no problems with Permissions. Everything screwed up when i update my server to 1.4.6 .Don't suggest i Ditch PermissionSex ...Thanks for help in advance.

 

For one thing its Permissions Ex not Sex.

For the last time.There's nothing wrong with Permissions! Ive tried deleting and creating just a default group with all perms and perms didn't work.

Also, I had a bug when I started my server after updating to 1.4.6, and it seems like you need the latest dev build of permissions ex, and not the latest recommended build
