Need help with banner

i need a banner for my server under my name it would look like this guys

how it should look like and what should be written on it and where ?

You want the banner to appear in your signature?

Hover over your Name in the top right corner, then click on "Signature" in the drop-down menu, like so:

Then, go to imgur.com and upload your banner to the website:

After uploading, copy the link under the heading, "BBCode (message boards and forums),"

and paste that into your signature:
