Need help with AdminCMD and Bukkit Commands

So I recently had this problem for some reason, where the Default bukkit commands would interfere with my AdminCMD commands. For example, I now have to type the whole name of the person I want to tp to, instead of shorthand. And my /time 0 has to be /time set 0 Is there a way I cant disable the default bukkit commands, I'm using multicraft so it's new to me, but any help would be great. Or is there a way I could have the AdminCMD commands above the default commands?
