Need Help to make A bukkit Server + things needed all help is welcome

Hello Bukkit Community,

I am planning on making a bukkit server
but don't know where to start
i know all the basics of running a server
but i need you're help to choose the right plugins
ill make a short list
what do i need?

[1] Some People that can tell me What plugins to use for running and maintaining a server
[2]Some creative people that have idea's about how a world needs to be
[3]Any other help is welcome
[4] A Server manager (tool)

ill be happy to hear it

IF you take essentials you dont need PlgNohealt, Plgsetspawn and plgnohealt, You can all change that in the config..
I dont know the other plugins but i prefer these cus i have them myself

SATools is a good admin plugin, I really do like it.

To just reocmmend some things...​

Get PhysicalShop, it says inactive and is way outtated, but works just fine! A Must have for a fun server IMO, it's like gold is the currency on my server, and ppl can buy/items with this. Make an awesome spawn. Take time on, it should not be finished without a few hours. I would make like a maze through the spawn, where players read the rules on signs, and different info like the website etc as they go through.​

Those are the ones that I've used and liked in the past. It all boils down to preference, though, so try any plugin that looks interesting. You can always remove them
