Filled Need another simple plugin

Hi,

So i had to move everything in my lobby world 20 blocks up with worldedit
But now when players join the server, they end under the spawn.
I have 2 ideas how to do it:

Idea 1:
I need a plugin that will move a player 20 blocks up when they join, but it should only move them up for that "session"

Idea 2:
I need a plugin that will teleport people to spawn (multiverse spawn, or something you set) when they join the server, only in the world Lobby. But it should only teleport them to spawn 1 time not the second time.

 

It is not for people that spawn for the first time, but people that logged out in the lobby, will login 20 blocks under where they logged out. I fixed it with command blocks and redstone repeaters xD

There is a plugin named FirstJoin+ or so. That should help you.
