need an suggestion for plugins and I know what I want.

Could some of you guys suggest me an version that has plugins available for it to do the following
world editing like voxel sniper for an example, always day like shift plugin ,
plugin with /item name amount and /warp, /fly (like the voxel one.,
/tp to player, /tp player to your self, home, spawn , sethome,
kick, ban and a map plugin like dynmap.

I found the plugins easily but my question is how can I
make the plugins fit to a cb version so they all work ?

I have been looking for plugins that match versions but so far haven't found anything.
