Need an entire custom server. HELP !

Hello i am King_Mustardjar. im looking for custom plugins for a server i want to make. if someone can advise me and tell me if there is already plugins that exist for what i want to do that would be AMAZING !!! im strict on time so i cant personally sit aside to do it, (sorry i know thats lame of me)


Plugin category: Pvp Server

Suggested name: id like to keep secret.

What I want: I'd like a plugin tthat only pays players for killing other players or hostel mobs. as well as a custom shop and some other things like colored chat etc.


Ideas for commands: /bounty <player name> (setting a price for their death to whoever kills them)

Ideas for permissions: only admins will really have any permissions and commands. (even myself will not be an admin)

When I'd like it by: Within a month or two, depending how easy they are to make or find existing. comment here for more details cheers
