   I can't find any that works..the only one closest to working is simple spleefs new developer of the plugin but it has way too many bugs. Anyone know of one ?

   There's nSpleef, the plugin I used on my server. The current release isn't for 1.3.2, but I can say it would work. Here's the link on the last page, http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/fun-nspleef-0-4-3-the-first-spleef-plugin-for-cb-1337.6834/page-30 look at post #886 and #887 you have two choices to pick, idk if them will work on 1.3.2
   
   I know there's other spleef plugins on bukkit, but thats the one I know. You could try them if you don't like nSpleef.
