Need a Dealer plugin

What I want: What I want is, that when you have drugs, you go to the drug dealer. The Drug dealer can be a Iron golem for example But not ever iron golem, when you right click him a GUI open's up. You put the drugs that you want to sell in there, and after you click on confirm, you get money for it.

Idea for command: /dealer create

Idea for permission: dealer.create,
When I'd like it by: Anything is fine, take you're time with this.
