Nametag -> Prefix

Suggested name: TagFix (idk what ever you want)

What I want: A name tag that when right clicked will apply a prefix. That prefix will come from the tag, and with lore that explains what to do (ie. Right Click to Apply {PREFIX} or {GROUP})

Right click to apply [YeetMeister]

Player right clicks the nametag, [YeetMeister] is applied, and the nametag us used (goes away).
Now the player has the prefix [YeetMeister].

Ideas for commands: /tf apply (prefix) or (group)
To apply a prefix or group to the nametag.

Ideas for permissions: tagfix.yeet (will allow me to apply a prefix to the tag)
tagfix.use (will allow player to right click the nametag to apply)
