   Here I am with another newbie question...
   
   How to manipulate worlds? I want to define size, manipulate blocks in realtime, copy worlds or world parts, and a few other stuffs about world manipulation. Once again, don't need samples or ready plugins for that, only general guidance, like principal classes and methods...

   I never tried this but maybe if you create locations with this:
   http://javadoc.lukegb.com/Bukkit/da/dac/classorg_1_1bukkit_1_1Location.html
   
   And then use the world interface:
   http://javadoc.lukegb.com/Bukkit/dd/daa/interfaceorg_1_1bukkit_1_1World.html#_details
   
   In (my) theory you should be able to limit chunks and then limit players movement
   
   But in my experience the probability of me being wrong is very very high
