My server when i use back up all it does is generate trees and other things on my buildings

Please help i put every thing that's going wrong up top how do i replace old backup with out it doing that PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

 

guide to create backup:

step 1: copy your Whole minecraft server folder
step2: paste it somewhere and name it "backup"

guide to rollback:
step 1: turn off your server
step2: delete your whole minecraft server folder
step3: copy & paste "backup" to your minecraft server directory
step4: rename it "minecraftserver"
step5: start the server

 

I DID THATD: i am using a back up from multicraft to

 

u should have done that before u made the mistakes

if u did, you would have no problems
