Are you connecting using 127.0.0.1 or your servers IP?

i'm connecting with my server IP,
    my ip4 adres is: 192.168.178.12
    my server ip: mcserver123123.no-ip.org

btw, i'm a bit new, what does 127.0.0.1 mean?''

OMG! HUH? my ip4 adres works??

and yesterday i could connect with mcserver123123.no-ip.org

Is your firewall turned off? And try to connect with 127.0.0.1

  7. if you port forwarded and connected that way, changes are when you rebooted your laptop its IP changed
e.g. when you set up port forwarding, you set it to forward port 25565 to the IP address 192.168.0.5 (your laptop)
when your laptop rebooted it may have got a new IP address, e.g. 192.168.0.3, rendering your previous port forward rule useless.

127.0.0.1 is basically a way of saying "this computer" its sometimes referred to as localhost.
