My console instantly closes

This is probably just be being a idiot and not knowing how to use a bukkit server (since i have only ever used vanillas) but let's start.

So my console, the run.bat, will say "Press any key to continue" so i pressed a random key and it closed it. I do not know if it is supposed to close it because I have no idea how to make myself a OP via ops.txt and having access to the console may be useful so I'd like to know how to open it. Please Help. Thanks!

Oh, Forgot to tell you. I am using windows 10
