Mwm Money converter

Suggested name: MwmWorldConvert

What I want: basically what im looking for is a plugin that allows players to convert money from one world to the other.

another think is i would like it if there would be a way that when it is converted from hmm 'skyblock' to 'hub' world $500 in hub could be worth $1000 in skyblock

i think all of the conversions should be based off one world to make it easy i will be adding this to a gui to make it easier but i would like to config to be something like:

AllowedWorlds
-World1
-World2
-etc

GlobalValue: $500

WorldValues:
World1: 100 ---> so $100 in world one is worth $500 in Hub world <GlobalValue>.
etc: $etc


Ideas for commands:
- /MwmC <whatworld$istakenfrom> <whatworld$isgivento>
- /MwmC reload
- /MwmC Values ----> '$100 in <World> is worth $500 in Hub <as a list in chat for the worlds i add

Ideas for permissions:
- MwmC.Reload
- MwmC.Values
- MwmC.Default ----> commands like /MwmC <whatworld$istakenfrom> whatworld$isgivento>/mwmc values
