Multiworld inventory management help request

    I'm trying to setup my server so that we can have a normal world, nether and a creative world. Got permissions setup so everyone has access to all the creative type plugins on the creative world alone, but I need some way to make it so players can't just go to creative, make a stack of diamonds, and go back to main world. I've seen it done on a few servers where you have a separate inventory for each world. However, I couldn't find this plugin. If anyone could point me to it, or suggest a good alternative, I'd much appreciate the assistance.
