Multiverse Teleport-Disconnect-Connect

    Any can explain me how can I configure the multiverse or another plugin for do that :

    ACTUAL:when I go to the world " SURVIVAL" I play etc.. and I disconnect from the server, and I connect again I'm in the survival world.


    How ?, PLEASE
    How can I configure that for when I disconect and connect I appears in the NEUTRAL world " Spawn " world, and when I go to the portal " Survival" go to the site of the world where it was ?, anyone ?

    Don't tell me a RANDOM plugin of teleport because the 90% of them don't work...

    I need a plugin for do that, LIKE

    GuildCraft, Pikacraft?, best servers have this system, but what plugins they use?
