Multiverse Permissions per world

I have this world where people are just to shop and sightsee, and another world just for normal players. I need my Architects, vips, mods and staff to be able to build on that world, while the normal users can only play on the other world, but can go to the business world to buy things and sightsee. What do i do to accomplish this? I need a way to keep the users from griefing in the businessworld and making houses and stuff.

 

Well, what type of permission plugin are you using atm? There's always possible to restrict a group or user from building in a certain world if you a matching set of plugins.
