Plugin Help Multiverse: Importing map crashes server

The map is a mini-game and when I try to import it, the console times out and gives fatal error messages and stalls indefinitely, until I shut down the server forcefully.
I have to go in the config files for multiverse and manually delete the world it tried to create, to get the server back, or multiverse will attempt to import the mini-game again.
I have imported this mini-game successfully before, so there must be a change that causing it to have such a critical failure.

The server log I have is in machine code as a certain extension, it's not in text format. I do have crash logs that are in text. Would that be enough?
