Multiple spawns?

I don't know if I'm posting it right, but I'll just ask.

Is there a way to make it so people spawn in one area, but when they die, spawn somewhere else?

I have a Hunger Games server, and want them to spawn in the waiting area, and if they die, they should spawn in the holding area.
