Multi Channel Chat

I've been looking for a chat plugin with certain features but i can't seem to find one that is just right. It has to have the following features:

• Multiple Channels
• Channel Aliases
• Focusable channels
• Private Messaging
• Reply and Retell
• Users can ignore whoever they want
• Configurable colors
• Configurable Commands

So when i log in it will show all the channels im in,and i can swap between channels using its alias. Players too should be able to create their own channels and still be able to join other channelsif they are allowed and know the channel name.
