Moving bukkit server folder to Ubuntu in Virtualbox

    I need some help in moving the bukkit folder to ubuntu from the host pc to the virtualbox. I have ubuntu installed already just need to figure out how to use it. I've followed the thread that tnt posted but i don't know how to configure winscp to connect to the virtualbox. I've tried inputing "local host" And no dice.
