Problem/Bug Monsters spawning, tnt explosions!

So I wanted to play With my friends a game called "Hide or hunt" and then I want to allow monsters to spawn and tnt to explode and I have tried to do it wiht multiworld and enable tnt explotiosn and allow monsters to spawn, and in essenetials and enable monsters to spawn there and tnt explotions. And its still not working so is there any way I should do it in the console or any other plugin I could try to edit it in?
