Plugin Help mod mode problem help!!

ok so with this mod mode : <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mega url>
when u join the server it directly put you into mod mode can someone like disable that please ? i watched in config there
is nothing the config is:

Are you using the newest, official Modmode version? I does not say anything on the plugin page about being automatically modded:

[Edit] Have you tried issuing /mod again to disable it?

 

/mod work i just want that when you log on it disable you mod
