   Hi, I can't get mobs to spawn on my main world.
   
   I literally removed my entire plugin folder to make sure it wasn't a plugin blocking them, but the problem still persists.
   
   I made sure in the properties file that monsters are enabled, and the difficulty is set to 2.
   
   They spawn just fine in the nether, but not in the main world.
   
   I believe they still do spawn in the mob spawners under ground, but I want them to spawn naturally on the surface.

   Do you have WorldEdit? And made that place have a region?
