Mobs don't attack/Hunger doesn't work on OP's?

    I have been trying to enjoy Survival mode on my server but I seem to have an unfair advantage, mobs don't recognize me and my hunger doesn't go down. I still take damage from lava/fire/cacti/ etc.. Some of my plugins that "could" be affecting this are: Essentials, NoCheat, WorldGuard, WorldEdit and I can list more if needed. I'd appreciate any help, thanks! :D

    EDIT: Found out only Endermen/Spiders attack me. Skeletons, zombies, and creepers don't. o.o
