   Anyone aware of a plugin that exists that allows me to do the following:
   -Disable Monster Spawners (Just Inactive)
   -Keeps spawners in the world (Just Inactive)
   -Allows me to keep my world on Hard difficulty
   -Allows the natural spawning of mobs
   - Version 1.17(edited)
   
   I've searched everywhere I can think of, if you can find something let know.
