Mob Difficulty vs distance from spawn

    I'm looking for a plugin that can directly or indirectly change the mob difficulty according to distance from 0,0. Not sure if it exists but I can't seem to find it.

    If someone does decide to make this, it'll be smart to make the cordinates configurable. Not every server has their spawn at 0,0
