Missing "Reference Library"

    I'm trying to learn to code plugins, but I have a problem; The "Reference Library" isn't there. I have the "Show 'Reference Library' node" on, but it doesn't seem to exist. If anyone could help me, it would be much appreciated :)

    Side-note: Newest Recommended build: 1337 :p

    Never mind, i found out how to do it :p
